About Us
Welcome to Lizzie’s Recovery House—a sanctuary for gentle transformation, emotional healing, and spiritual clarity. We believe healing should never feel like punishment. It should feel like relief, recognition, and a return to oneself.
Here, you don’t have to arrive perfect, strong, or certain.
You only have to arrive.
Who We Are
Lizzie’s Recovery House was created as a response to a growing truth: many people feel spiritually disconnected and emotionally overwhelmed, yet do not resonate with religious institutions or high-pressure recovery models. Our space is for those who seek peace without dogma, healing without shame, and growth without overwhelm.
We integrate trauma-informed mental health practices with a non-religious spiritual framework called the Christos Archetype—a model that helps individuals reconnect with their inner wisdom, compassion, and leadership.
Our approach is gentle, supportive, and deeply human.
Our Philosophy
We believe every person carries an inner guidance system capable of healing, stabilizing, and transforming their life. This inner guide—what we call the Christos Archetype—is not a deity or doctrine. It is the integrated version of you that emerges when trauma is processed, emotions are regulated, and the self becomes whole.
At Lizzie’s Recovery House, you are not told what to believe.
You are supported in discovering who you are becoming.
